Arrival at Yellowstone

So my family and I decided to roadtrip to Yellowstone! This meant eleven people plus luggage crammed into the 12 passenger van... In case you don't know my family... Trips with the whole Cowan Clan are far from boring! :-)

A picture of people in the back of the van on day two of driving. :-)

We stopped at Jackson Lake Lodge for lunch and this was the view from the window. Pretty spectacular! I had to take a picture to share with all of you.

My family at lunch. I just love these people!

Seth, Houston, and Shelby enjoying the view. I've been rightly accused of not taking enough pictures of the family during vacations... So I'm trying to work on taking pictures that include us in them! :-)

Below are a few pictures I took from the van window throughout our drive today.
There is something inspiring about being surrounded on all sides by the beauty God has created here on earth. God has richly blessed my family by enabling us to travel as much as we do. Everytime we travel and see new places I am struck with the Majesty and the Glory of the AMAZING God that Created it ALL!

Yes, I was outside of the van for this one. ;-)
This was us headed onto what we would soon find out was the "gray" roads on the map.... To make a LONG HILARIOUS experience short.... we will NOT be using the "gray" roads anymore... :-)

After arriving at our beautiful destination the little ones were MORE then ready to be done with the van and ready to blow off energy so off to the park we went! Here are some pictures of us all having fun.

Next, to head back to the cabin to tuck in some very tired little ones! They have been such good troopers!

Good night from Yellowstone!
