Sunflowers 2013

It has been a FANTASTIC week of Sunflower Mini Sessions! Today we wrapped up our last sessions. I have enjoyed every moment of it! Even though we had record high temps this week everyone's session turned out fantastic! I am so excited to start sharing them with all of you, but before I do I wanted to send out a special thank you to Grinter farms for their spectacular Field of Sunflowers! I also want to thank my lovely, incredible, and hard working assistants!  Victoria and Joanna did an incredible job lugging around stools blocking light, working with kiddos, getting me water.... ;-) They are incredible! My sweet Mother even came out one night to help! I love my family support. I couldn't have done it without them this week! THANK YOU!!!!!

Miss Emily!

I have taken pictures of Emily with her little sister before, but this time the session was ALL about Miss Emily, and we had a BLAST!!! (Even if her cheeks were hurting just a little by the time we were done!) :) 

 I personally love this soft contemplative look here.

Family Session ~ Morrison

This family has been so patient in waiting for their images and I am so thankful to them. With my Dad being in the hospital it took me a little longer to get these edited than I had anticipated. However, I am THRILLED to be able to share these with all of you! This is a great family and I enjoyed capturing memories for them. :-) 

 Yes, I am SOOO in love with her boots! 

 SO SO SO glad that they wanted pictures with Dad in his UNIFORM!!! I LOVE it!!!!

Family Session ~ Wake

The Wake Family session was done on a BEAUTIFULLY overcast day RIGHT before the RAIN! :-)

I love it when families want to have fun at their session and we end up laughing and being silly! I LOVE how this silly one turned out! SO FUN! 

We hadn't gotten to headshots of Mom and Dad when it started to rain! We stopped under the coverage of a big tree and were thankfully still able to grab some headshots! :-)
