Linda

My sweet friend Linda from PWOC had her sister here visiting. So Linda asked if I had an opening to do some sister pictures. Scheduling became a disaster as one thing after another happened to try and prevent us from getting the photo session done. However, we finally were able to make it happen, and I'm so glad we did! Here are a few of my personal favorites from the day. Thank you Linda for allowing me to capture you with your sister. I enjoyed it!

Sayeed Fall Family Session

The Sayeed family and I did a session in their own neighborhood! Proving there are great spots to take pictures EVERYWHERE! The boys were such troopers bearing with me as I drug them from one area to the next! I enjoyed photographing them all!

Look at all those GREAT SMILES!!!

Mom and Dad did a fine job too!

Sisters. Friends. Forever.

Sisters, the common dictionary certainly has something lacking in it's definition of the word, sister.

Sister:
1.A female offspring having both parents in common with another offspring; female sibling.
2.A female friend or protector regarded as a sister

Below are lots of pictures of some of the most important people on this world to me. We have laughed together, cried together, yelled together, sung together, cooked together, sewed together, traveled the world together, moved countless times together, and this list could continue forever. Nobody on earth knows my imperfections better, and nobody loves me more.


We were out taking pictures and realized this was the first time we had ever taken a sister picture without Lindsay. So of course we needed to take another one when she came over! :-)

These sisters of mine, are the most precious friends I could have ever asked for. They have helped me countless times, and any one of them would drop whatever they were doing to help me if I ever needed them. They have been a huge network of support, and encouragment to me over the years. I would be so lost without them. They show me God's great love for me EVERY DAY!

We've always sort of had the "older crew" and the "little girls" However, this really isn't true anymore. The "little girls" seem to have grown into Godly young women overnight! It has been wonderful to watch them grow over the years, and I am thrilled to be able to watch and see what God has in store for each one of them! I know He has special plans for each one!

So, as you can see, my sisters are certainly more to me than what the dictionary definition defines....

Barreras Family

Okay, these little guys were such a joy to photograph. I loved all of their little personalities as they came through. :-) They were so polite and sweet, PLUS they were a ton of fun as well! I enjoyed every moment of this shoot! What a sweet family. Here are a few of my top favorites. If I shared all my favorites it would take FOREVER to upload them all... So I resisted and made myself pick only a FEW. :-)

Aren't they just the sweetest looking couple?! Here lies the secret to a good family. Great parents! I only spent an hour with them, but I could just see the love they had for each other and their sweet kids!

Thomas Family Fall Portraits

I've decided to take a break from Inspiration Monday for a little while, so that I can catch up on posting some of my sessions. :-)

This is the Thomas family. I love it when people are excited about their sessions, and they certainly were. They even found the great location with lots of fall leaves that we ended up using! It was such fun talking with the kids and following them around with my camera. Here are a few of my favorites!
