This couple is near and dear to my heart. This is my little sister and best friend, Shelby, and James Reid. You all may recognize his name from my series of posts in the Smokies last fall.
Some of you have been wondering about the absence of Shelby in my posts lately, well... this is why. She has been pursuing a relationship with James in MD. The two of them have done a great job of not only following God's guidance in each of their lives, but also encouraging one another in righteousness.
It is so wonderful to see not only how happy they are, but to also see them making an effort to not only be pleasing to God through their relationship, but also trying to please and honor both of our families as well.
Anyway, here are a few pictures for those of you that would like to see them.
After the "session" which they were both very gracious in allowing me to photograph... We went to Harbor Lights where I got to introduce James to Italian Cream Sodas!
Shelby has been out visiting his family for the last two weeks, but will be heading home this weekend. I know the two of them would love to have your prayers as they continue to pursue this relationship, and see what God has in store for them. I know neither one is looking forward to the upcoming separation....
